JRZY accepts cards and ACH via Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually. Athletes receive affiliate revenue share via Stripe Connect (monthly cycle, $10 minimum). Cancel any time in /settings.

**Subscription tiers**
Athletes are free forever. Counterparty tiers (monthly):
- Athlete Pro, $29 (annual $249) - Agency seat, $199 (10 clients) - Recruit Athlete, $19 - Recruit Coach, $299 - Agent / Attorney, $499 - Agent Pro, $999 - Sponsor / Brand, $799 - GM / Front Office, $1,200 - PE / Ownership, $2,500 - Media, $399 - Scout Basic, $9 - Scout Pro, $29 - Enterprise, custom
**Payment + renewal**
Stripe handles card and ACH directly. We do not see your card number. Subscriptions renew at the start of each cycle. Annual plans bill once.
**Cancellation**
In /settings → Subscription → Cancel. Takes effect at the end of the current period. No prorated refund on the unused portion of the period you canceled.
**Refunds**
We do not refund routine cancellations. We refund product defects (a feature you paid for that did not work) on a case-by-case basis. Email billing@jrzy.com within 30 days of the charge.
**Athlete payouts**
Affiliate revenue share splits 60% JRZY / 20% athlete / 20% held stake pool. Athletes receive their 20% via Stripe Connect on the first of each month. Minimum payout is $10, balances under that roll forward. Athletes earning over $600 in a calendar year receive a 1099.
**Metered billing**
Contract parser: $25/doc for 1–50 docs/month, $15/doc for 51–200, $8/doc beyond 200. Billed at month end with your subscription.
**Stake-exchange fees**
Secondary stake trades split 7.5% to JRZY, 5% royalty to the athlete (via Stripe Connect), 87.5% to the seller. Stake holder reward distribution from the affiliate pool is gated by ACTIVATION_FLAGS.stakeHolderRewards (held until legal review).
